Who Sirius is for

Sirius is a good fit if you:

• Feel out of shape and want to change that
• Have started and stopped with training before
• Want structure rather than having to work things out yourself
• Prefer being coached instead of left to guess
• Are happy to work hard, but at your own pace

You don’t need to be confident to belong here.
Most people aren’t when they start.

Who Sirius probably isn’t for

Sirius is probably not a good fit if you:

• Want open gym to train on your own
• Are chasing competition prep or personal bests
• Enjoy loud, hype-driven gym environments
• Want to be pushed just for the sake of it

That’s not what we’re about.


What a session actually looks like

Most people feel a bit nervous before their first session. That’s normal.

Here’s what happens:

• You arrive a few minutes early
• The coach explains the session clearly
• Every exercise has options
• You work at a level that suits you
• Nobody is comparing you to anyone else

You don’t need confidence to start.
You build it by turning up.


The training

The training is simple and coached throughout.

Sessions use a mix of:

• Circuits
• Conditioning
• Strength work

That might include bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, bikes, rowers, or sleds.

You don’t need to know what any of that means before you arrive.
The coach does the thinking. You just show up.

Common worries (answered honestly)

“I’m worried I won’t keep up.”
That’s fine. You’re not expected to.

“Everyone will be fitter than me.”
Some people will be. Some won’t. It doesn’t matter.

“I hate the idea of being watched.”
So do most of our members. People are focused on their own workout.

“What if I’m the least fit one there?”
Someone has to be. It’s usually not who you think, and it changes quickly.
